adequate stay, but some issues

faulty air conditioning inconvenient elevator

the staff was pleasant and helpful. this was acceptable.

The air conditioning wasn't turned on the first night. i had to call several times to get it resolved. also, the elevator did not reach every floor. I had to walk a flight of stairs no matter what, rather annoying.
